Have to agree with Jason on this one, if you get a good one then they are fine, but I have been working on issues with mine for months. They send me parts which take 3-4 weeks to arrive, require complete disassembly of the grill and don’t fix the issue, been working with their customer service for the last 6 months and it still hasn’t been fixed. I have gotten it to work maybe three times in that 6 months.

Loved reading your Z-Grill review. I purchased the Z-Grill Model ZPG-4502B from Menards and can’t wait to try it out. Do you know if Z-Grills offers a cooking guide, temperature settings and times for certain items?

ok, smoker… would recommend other brands especially for Customer Experience. I had paint bubbles shrugged off by Z Grills customer service, leaking grease from poor seam welds, and the temperature can fluctuate 20 plus degrees from selected temp and external temp probes. Customer service pushed my concerns with so many “try this” or “see if it continues, when you….” finally the warranty ran out and that was the last excuse they needed.

I’m not sure if I should get the Z Grills or not. I love the look of it, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the price.

I just switched to Z Grill after my Traeger continued to flame out and then go to over 600 degrees. The paint on the Traeger burned off it was so hot.

I like the Z Grill for the same reasons stated in the review.

Very good review. Great details. The grill does look nice in pictures and even when you put it together…….if all of the parts are there.

I have a Z Grill 700E and it has been nothing but headaches from the day I bought it. Missing parts, blown fuses, broken hot rods. I would not recommend this grill to anyone unless you like ripping things apart and putting them back together.

I love my zgrill 1102b with Wi-Fi. I bought it from Rural King for $899 and I don’t think any grill out there can beat it for that price.
